Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders within the U.S. arrive within 3–7 business days.
We currently ship across the U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on order weight and destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please reach out within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending replacements or issuing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our organic products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Custom blends or special orders are also non-returnable.
